Congratulations to Lindsay, who lost 20 pounds in her first 8 weeks on iDiet, without hunger, and continues her healthy journey.

Lindsay sent us this lovely note:
“I have tried everything to lose weight (Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Atkins, working out, etc.). Each program I was on, I would lose some weight but I always knew it was not a permanent solution and that when I went off the program, the weight was coming back. I also could not stay on those programs long enough to lose enough weight to meet my long term goal. When I started this program I had terrible eating habits and 100 pounds to lose. It sounded impossible but I wanted to give it a try. The thing that made me want to try this program was that it claimed to retrain your brain to want to eat foods that were good for you. I know that was what I needed. I wanted to eat the right things but was always craving junk food and sweets. I started following the program and from day one could tell it was going to work. I was not on a diet, I ate all the time. I ate foods that were good for me and I started to like them, even crave them. On this plan, you do not have to feel hungry or deprived, in fact, I ate chocolate every night. I know that I will meet my goal of losing 100 pounds. I have no doubt. I also know I will be able to keep it off. I know what to eat and enjoy it!”
