My bread with crunchy peanut butter and low sugar strawberry jam, hot chocolate made with 30 cal almond milk.
Leftover spinach frittata with a chicken hot dog and broccoli, and the last of the blueberry pie with Greek yogurt.
Dr. Roberts often has a 2nd bowl of fiber cereal as needed to stay full.
She also likes to make large batches and freeze many individual portions for quick dinners. She will also often take these to work for lunch, because take-out food is very bad for weight control.
