Q&A: Do B12 injections help with fat loss?

b12 injection
Q: I have heard that vitamin B6/B12 injections may help with weight loss, however they are normally taken in the context of a very low calorie diet (VLCD) so I’m not sure if B-vitamin injections would help on their own, or combined with a regular weight loss diet. Are B-vitamin injections helpful for weight loss? A: While we do believe in optimizing nutrient levels for good health, we are not aware of any quality, peer-reviewed studies published in a good journal that prove B-complex injections accelerate weight loss.

Scientifically Slim: What actually works for weight control

scientifically slim results happy
I ran my first community iDiet group in the room above my garage, helping neighbors who would soon become friends to lose weight and keep it off. Because I have been on the shop floor, running iDiet groups myself, and training our iDiet Certified Group Leaders to channel me, I have had the privilege of learning from my iDieters while they learned from me. The wisdom of experience is real and important when it comes to weight control.
