If you’re considering joining an iDiet group class, now is the time to act. Registration closes this Saturday, January 11, and classes begin the week of January 13.

January is the perfect time to leverage the fresh start effect—a psychological boost related to new beginnings (first of the year, first of the month) that makes new habits feel easier to adopt. Because of this, January is our most popular time, and we do expect these two small-group classes to fill. We keep them small to ensure every student receives personalized attention, so waiting until the final deadline may mean missing out.

Two Programs to Choose From

Engage 2.0: Our foundational program offering the full iDiet experience in 10 weeks, with weekly live meetings and comprehensive online tools.

iDiet Intensive 2.0: Everything included in Engage 2.0, plus twice-weekly meetings and Positive Psychology coaching for deeper insights into the psychology of weight management.

Introducing Keto EasyPlans

For the first time, iDiet will offer Keto EasyPlans in our live group classes, as a beta option, to help kick-start your weight loss. This approach may be ideal for individuals in the prediabetic zone or those who avoid gluten. Every live-group participant will have “iKeto” as an available option.

Unlike traditional keto diets, iDiet’s formulation emphasizes:

• More fiber, green vegetables, and low-sugar fruits.

• Less saturated fat for better heart health.

• Adequate protein to preserve muscle during rapid weight loss.

This is a carefully-planned, sustainable way to explore keto within the iDiet framework.

 

New Member Website

We’ve redesigned our member website, which now works like an app when viewed on your phone. You’ll have anywhere-access to:

• Class videos and resources.

• An AI teaching assistant trained on Dr Roberts’ work, for support.

• A help library and class forums—all at your fingertips, anytime, anywhere.
