Congratulations to Tim: 80 lbs in 14 weeks

“The iDiet has really helped regain control of my future and I’m very thankful for the program that you have all put together.”

Tim joined the iDiet 14 weeks ago. At the end of his 12-week Engage program, he had lost 70 pounds. That’s almost 6 pounds a week. Now at the time of this writing, at 14 weeks out, he’s lost another 10 pounds for a total of 80 pounds lost. That’s equivalent to losing 26% of his starting weight! And he’s well on track to reach his goal of losing 127 pounds.
In his own words:

“The iDiet is the first diet that I’ve tried where I was never hungry, the food was delicious, and the results were fantastic. By staying on menu and following the simple rules that were laid out the whole process was easy to follow. I’m happy that it’s a science based approach and that the recipes and menu plans are nutritionally balanced. I don’t want to say it was easy because forming new habits takes focus, but iDiet made it easy considering the undertaking. When I started on this program my BMI had just strayed into morbidly obese, I felt like it was out my control, and my doctor had just put me on high blood pressure medicine. Now, 11 weeks later I’ve lost 70lbs and I’m just a few pounds away from having a BMI in the overweight range. I’ve taken up jogging and can now complete a mile in 12 minutes. I feel like I can control my destiny. I’ve been able to take old clothes out of storage and will probably need to buy new clothes soon. I’m seeing my doctor again in a month for a follow-up and I can’t wait to see his reaction. With any luck I can be taken off the blood pressure medication. I’m still motivated too. I know I’m only at the half-way point. My original goal was 100 lbs. Now it’s 127 lbs. because I plan to go into maintenance when I’m well within the normal BMI range. That’s why I’ve signed up for iDiet advanced to continue the journey. I have a picture of myself hiking when I was a freshman in college, my goal is to recreate that picture when I reach my target weight and frame them side-by-side (30 years will separate them). In the 1985 picture I’m with my nephew, in the updated picture I’ll be with my son, who is about the same age as my nephew was in the original picture. That’s a trophy that I’m going to be proud and it will serve as a reminder that even if you go astray you can always get back on course.”
